About Our Amazing Chef:
Executive Chef Seeta Khosla is from a very small town called Apra in Punjab, India. He came to the United States in 1999 and has brought his unique flavors in the restaurant industry. He worked for Nawab Indian Cuisine in Virginia for five years. Later, he partnered at Azitra in Raleigh, North Carolina and worked there for six years. After working in many restaurants, he has over 11 years of experience as an Executive Chef in making delicious Indian food in Indian restaurants. He has done many food presentation in events such as Angus Barn, Hindu Temple, Sikh Temple (Gurudwara) and NC State University. He loves trying his innovative style in making dishes by adding different herbs and spices. He loves bringing a certain type of uniqueness in his food. blue MANGO’s wine list has been carefully chosen to compliment the bold flavors of Executive Chef Seeta Khosla's menu.
